Our company is locally owned and operated by James F Townsend, who started the business with just a card table and calculator in a small office in downtown Atlanta where the Five Points Marta station stands today. Mr. Townsend still remembers his first return and preparing the first return for under $10.00.

Now it has grown to a company with three locations and Mr. Townsend is very active in the daily activities of his business just as he was 50 years ago. Each office has a manager that works at the location. Each manager is very knowledgeable of the tax laws and has been with the firm for 25 years or more. Each manager lives locally to each office and knows the people in the community in which that office serves.
